Under-eye polynucleotide skin booster
Description
Lumi Eyes Pro Dermaren is a premium under-eye skin booster containing polynucleotides (PN) at a concentration of 5 mg/ml, formulated to hydrate, firm and rejuvenate the delicate periocular area. It targets dark circles, puffiness and fine lines, delivering visible brightening, deep moisturisation and skin-quality improvement in a single 1 ml professional syringe.
Bnefits
Brightens and reduces the appearance of dark circles under the eyes.
Provides deep hydration and skin revitalisation in the periocular area.
Stimulates collagen and elastin production for firmer, smoother skin.
Helps to smooth puffiness and improve the appearance of the tear trough.
Improves overall skin texture, elasticity and radiance around the eyes.
Delivers visible results often after the first treatment when used in appropriate protocols.
Formulated as a professional 1 ml dose suitable for polynucleotide under-eye protocols.
Indications
Dark under-eye circles.
Periocular puffiness and mild under-eye bags.
Fine lines and superficial wrinkles around the eyes.
Dehydrated, dull or tired-looking under-eye skin.
Loss of firmness and elasticity in the periocular region.
Supportive biorevitalisation of the under-eye area after appropriate aesthetic procedures.
Composition
Polynucleotides (PDRN-type polynucleotide) 5 mg/ml as the primary active component.
INCI ingredients reported by international distributors: Polynucleotide (PN), Deoxyribonucleic Acid (approximately 250–350 kDa), Aqua (water), Sodium Chloride, Sodium DNA, Sodium Phosphate.
Sterile injectable solution for intradermal / subdermal use in the periocular region by trained professionals.
Cutting-edge polynucleotide (PN) skin booster specifically designed for the delicate under-eye area.
Biorevitalising formulation aimed at regenerating tissues, restoring volume and improving the extracellular matrix.
Low-molecular-weight polynucleotide complex to support cellular repair, collagen synthesis and elastin production.
Non-crosslinked PN-based solution (not a traditional hyaluronic acid filler), intended for skin quality improvement rather than strong volumisation.
Packaging
Single-use pre-filled syringe containing 1 ml of Lumi Eyes Pro Dermaren solution per box.
Supplied as a professional treatment dose for under-eye biorevitalisation.
Some distributors include accessories such as separate needles, under-eye coolers and consent forms, but contents may vary by supplier.
Sterile, apyrogenic presentation for single-patient use only.
Usage
For professional use only; treatment should be carried out by suitably trained and qualified healthcare or aesthetic practitioners in accordance with local regulations.
Use a full medical consultation and periocular assessment to confirm suitability, indications and absence of contraindications prior to treatment.
Cleanse and disinfect the under-eye area thoroughly before injection, removing all makeup and skincare products.
Administer small boluses or linear threads of product using mesotherapy-style or periocular PN protocols into the superficial to mid-dermis or appropriate subdermal plane, avoiding intravascular injection and respecting anatomical safety zones.
Commonly recommended treatment regimens from distributors suggest a series of approximately 3 sessions at 4-week intervals, followed by maintenance treatments around twice per year; exact protocol should be determined by the treating practitioner.
After injection, gently smooth or massage the area if clinically appropriate to help even distribution and reduce lumpiness, while monitoring patient comfort.
Provide post-treatment advice, including avoidance of makeup on the treated area for several hours, avoiding saunas, sunbeds and strenuous exercise for 24–48 hours, and the use of high-factor sunscreen.
Do not reuse any opened syringe; discard any remaining product after treatment according to local clinical waste protocols.
Always refer to the manufacturer’s or distributor’s guidance and local clinical practice standards for detailed administration techniques.
Contraindications
Known hypersensitivity or allergy to polynucleotides (including products derived from salmon DNA) or any component of the formulation.
Active skin infection, inflammation or lesions in the intended treatment area (e.g., dermatitis, eczema, herpes, bacterial infections).
Autoimmune diseases or significant immunosuppression where injectable aesthetic procedures are contraindicated, unless specifically assessed and cleared by an appropriate specialist.
History of severe allergies, anaphylaxis or serious reactions to injectable aesthetic products, unless thoroughly evaluated and performed with appropriate precautions.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding, as injectable aesthetic treatments are generally avoided due to limited safety data.
Uncontrolled systemic disease, blood clotting disorders or concurrent anticoagulant therapy that significantly increases bleeding risk, unless coordinated with the patient’s physician.
Recent aggressive procedures (e.g., deep chemical peels, ablative laser) in the periocular area until complete healing is confirmed.
Any additional contraindications outlined in official product information or local clinical guidelines.
Adverse Effects
Transient injection-site reactions such as redness (erythema), swelling (oedema), tenderness, pain, itching or warmth.
Small papules, nodules or unevenness at injection points, typically resolving as the product integrates into tissues.
Bruising or haematoma formation in the treated under-eye area.
Less commonly, prolonged swelling, local inflammation or induration, requiring clinical assessment and appropriate management.
Rare but serious complications shared with other injectable procedures, such as infection, abscess or vascular compromise/ischemia if inadvertent intravascular injection occurs; these require urgent medical treatment.
Hypersensitivity or allergic reactions to components of the product; in very rare cases, this may be severe and require immediate medical intervention.
Storage Conditions
Store between 2 °C and 25 °C as described by multiple distributors.
Do not freeze; freezing can damage the polynucleotide structure and impair product performance.
Keep in the original packaging to protect from light and contamination until ready for use.
Store in a secure, clean medical environment out of the reach of children and unauthorised persons.
Do not use after the expiry date or if the sterile blister, syringe or packaging appears damaged or compromised.
Duration
Distributor guidance commonly recommends a course of around 3 sessions spaced approximately 4 weeks apart, followed by maintenance treatments twice per year. Results are typically reported as lasting around 6 to 12 months depending on individual skin condition, lifestyle and treatment protocol.
Onset
Improvement in hydration, brightness and smoothness is often visible after the first treatment, with progressive enhancement of firmness, texture and fine lines over subsequent weeks as collagen and tissue regeneration occur.
