Usage

For professional use only: ensure the operator is appropriately trained, licensed and familiar with microneedling protocols and contraindications.
Charge the device fully using the supplied Type-C cable and adaptor before first use; the LED display will indicate battery status.
Cleanse the treatment area thoroughly and perform appropriate skin preparation (including makeup removal and antiseptic cleansing).
Open a sterile, single-use cartridge and attach it to the 3-lock connector of the A20 handpiece, ensuring it clicks and locks securely.
Adjust the needle depth using the dial at the tip according to the treatment area and indication (e.g. shallower depths for delicate areas like peri-orbital; deeper for cheeks or non-facial areas within protocol limits).
