Usage

Install or check the AAA battery according to polarity markings, ensuring secure battery compartment closure.
Place the main thermometer unit outside the fridge/freezer where the display can be easily viewed (e.g., on a worktop or shelf) using the integrated foot-stand or wall mounting if available.
Route the probe lead carefully and place the remote water-resistant probe inside the fridge or freezer in a representative location away from direct contact with cooling vents, doors or interior lights.
Secure the probe using the supplied suction pad or mounting bracket on an internal wall of the appliance to prevent it from being moved accidentally.
Power on the device and select the desired temperature scale (°C or °F) using the appropriate button.
Allow sufficient time for the probe and internal sensor to equilibrate before relying on readings.
Set high and low alarm limits according to local cold chain or manufacturer guidelines for stored products, following the button sequence described in the user manual.
Use the max/min function to review recorded highest and lowest temperatures over the monitoring period; reset max/min when starting a new logging interval as per local SOPs.

Storage Conditions
