Usage

For external use only.
Before first use, check that the tube seal is not broken; pierce the tube seal with the point in the top of the cap if present.
Adults, the elderly and children: apply the cream gently to the bruised area.
Use on unbroken skin only; do not apply to cut, broken or irritated skin.
Apply as needed, up to several times daily, following the on-pack or leaflet instructions.
Wash hands after use, unless the hands are the area being treated.
If symptoms worsen, persist or do not improve within 7 days, or if any unusual symptoms occur, consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional.

Contraindications

Known hypersensitivity or allergy to Arnica montana or to any of the excipients (including parabens such as methyl and propyl parahydroxybenzoate)
Application to broken, damaged or irritated skin
Use on mucous membranes, near the eyes, mouth or other sensitive areas
Use in individuals with a history of hypersensitivity reactions to topical herbal arnica preparations
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not recommended without medical advice, according to typical herbal product cautions

Adverse Effects

Occasional skin reactions such as rash, redness, itching or irritation may occur, particularly in individuals sensitive to arnica or parabens
