About Hamid Tehrani

The Mersey Regional Centre for Mohs Surgery is a specialist skin-cancer and reconstructive service operating from St Helens Hospital (Marshalls Cross Road, WA9 3DA) and affiliated private sites (Fairfield Independent Hospital, Circle clinics, Whiston Hospital). The service is led by Mr Hamid Tehrani, a consultant plastic, reconstructive and Mohs surgeon who founded the Mersey supraregional Mohs service. The centre provides Mohs micrographic surgery, skin lesion/mole removal, melanoma/malignancy work-up, facial reconstruction after skin cancer excision, mole mapping, biopsy and related outpatient dermatologic/plastic procedures. Clinics are delivered within the Mersey & West Lancashire (St Helens) NHS Trust facilities and in private practice (Fairfield, Circle Cheshire Clinic, Whiston).
