Description

Dermaqual TranexPlus (also branded as TRANEX PLUS™) is an advanced brightening mesotherapy skin booster formulated to target pigmentation at multiple skin levels (epidermis and dermis). The sterile solution combines tranexamic acid with dual molecular weight hyaluronic acid (high and low), niacinamide (vitamin B3), ascorbyl glucoside (vitamin C derivative) and glutathione (GSH). This multi-active complex is designed to inhibit melanin production pathways, reduce existing dark spots, melasma and UV-induced hyperpigmentation, while providing deep hydration, improving elasticity and strengthening the skin barrier. It is indicated for face, neck, décolleté, hands and other sun-exposed areas and is intended for professional mesotherapy or topical/microneedling skin-booster protocols.

Usage

For professional use only; to be used by trained aesthetic/medical practitioners.
Treatment areas include face, neck, décolleté, hands and other sun-exposed or pigmented areas of the body.
Cleanse and disinfect the treatment area thoroughly before application.
Depending on clinic protocol, the product may be applied via microneedling, mesotherapy (micro-injections) or used as a topical booster in combination with professional devices; some distributors specify topical use only.
When used with microneedling/mesotherapy, observe strict aseptic technique, using sterile syringes/needles or sterile device tips and avoiding intravascular injection.
Apply an appropriate volume evenly over the treatment area, following manufacturer/distributor protocol for depth, pattern and session frequency.
After treatment, advise avoiding excessive UV exposure and using broad-spectrum sunscreen to maintain brightening results and reduce risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

Contraindications

Known hypersensitivity or allergy to tranexamic acid, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, vitamin C derivatives, glutathione or any other ingredient in the formulation.
Active skin infections, inflammatory lesions or open wounds in the intended treatment area.
Severe or uncontrolled skin diseases where mesotherapy/microneedling is contraindicated.
Use on suspicious pigmented lesions, atypical moles or lesions that require medical/dermatological evaluation rather than cosmetic brightening.
Pregnancy or breastfeeding, unless specifically assessed and approved by a qualified physician in line with local regulations.
Patients with significant systemic illness or impaired wound-healing capacity should be carefully evaluated before treatment.

Adverse Effects
