Usage

Place the scale on a firm, flat, hard surface (avoid carpeted or uneven floors).
Install or verify the CR2032 battery is correctly inserted into the battery compartment.
Step onto the centre of the scale with both feet; the scale will automatically activate.
Stand still until the weight reading stabilises and appears on the display.
Step off the scale; it will automatically switch off after a short period.
Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth; do not immerse in water or use abrasive cleaners.
Use the scale without shoes or heavy clothing for consistent, accurate results.

Contraindications

Not suitable for individuals unable to stand safely and independently on the scale.
Not recommended for use on soft surfaces such as carpet due to inaccurate readings.
People with implanted electronic medical devices should consult their physician if uncertain, although standard weighing scales do not typically interfere with such devices.
