Description

The BD 2ml Syringe Complete with 23G x 1\ Needle (ref. 307740) is a sterile, single-use hypodermic syringe and needle combination intended for general injection and infusion procedures. The set comprises a 2 mL BD Emerald syringe with a clear, graduated polypropylene barrel, a polyethylene plunger and a latex-free stopper, supplied with a detachable 23G x 1\ stainless steel needle (BD Microlance-type) on a Luer slip concentric hub. The clear barrel and bold scale markings support accurate dosing, while the 23G needle provides a balance between flow and patient comfort for intramuscular and subcutaneous injections. Each unit is individually wrapped to maintain sterility and supplied in boxes of 100, making it suitable for hospitals, clinics, GP practices, vaccination services and aesthetic/dermatology practices.

Bnefits

  • Complete injection solution supplied with both 2 mL syringe and 23G x 1" hypodermic needle in one pack.
  • 2 mL syringe capacity supports accurate measurement and administration of small medication volumes.
  • Clear barrel with bold, easy-to-read graduations helps reduce dosing errors.
  • Detachable 23G x 1" stainless steel needle offers a good balance between injection comfort and flow rate for IM and some SC injections.
  • Luer slip concentric tip provides a secure friction-fit connection between syringe and needle.
  • Latex-free and PVC-free construction reduces risk of latex-related hypersensitivity reactions and supports environmental initiatives.
  • Single-use, sterile device supports infection control and patient safety.
  • Supplied in convenient boxes of 100 for efficient clinic and practice stock management.
