Microneedle vial adapters / home skin stimulators

Description

DN64 Micro Needle Vial Adapter 0.25mm (5) is a Doctor Needle 64 (DN64) microneedling attachment designed to fit directly onto cosmetic and mesotherapy vials (5–50 ml). Instead of using a traditional dermaroller, the DN64 head twists or rotates freely on top of the vial, allowing controlled delivery of active ingredients while the 0.25 mm, 64-needle array gently perforates the epidermis. This optimises absorption of serums and boosters, providing clinic-style skin stimulation and enhanced penetration of actives in a hygienic, at-home or in-clinic format. Each box contains 5 sterile DN64 vial adapters and an instruction leaflet; vials are not included.

Bnefits

  • Microneedle vial adapter design combines needling and product dispensing in a single step, improving absorption compared to topical application alone.
  • Attaches directly to compatible vials (approx. 5–50 ml), eliminating messy transfers and reducing product waste.
  • 0.25 mm microneedle length targets the epidermis for cosmetic stimulation with minimal downtime, suitable for at-home use as marketed.
  • Free-rotating head allows smooth rolling and even product distribution across the skin surface.
  • 64 ultra-fine microneedles create uniform micro-channels to enhance penetration of serums, exosomes or skin boosters.
  • Promotes better hydration, glow and overall skin quality by improving the delivery of active ingredients.
  • Provides accessible aesthetic-style skin care at home while also being suitable as an in-clinic adjunct tool.
  • Hygienic, single-user treatment when used according to instructions, with replaceable heads supplied in a multipack.
  • Compact vial-top format is easy to handle compared with separate dermaroller and bowl/tray set-ups.
  • Compatible with a range of cosmetic solutions recommended by the supplier (e.g. ExoJuv and other ampoules).

Indications

  • Enhancing penetration and absorption of cosmetic serums, ampoules and skin boosters applied to the face and selected body areas.
  • At-home or in-clinic microneedling-style stimulation for skin revitalisation, brightness and improved texture.
  • Supportive treatment in aesthetic protocols using exosome or mesotherapy solutions (e.g. ExoJuv) where superficial microneedling is appropriate.
  • Epidermal-level cosmetic treatments for mild skin dullness, early fine lines and general skin rejuvenation in suitable candidates.

Composition

  • Microneedle head containing 64 micro-needles with an approximate length of 0.25 mm.
  • Needle plate and rotating mechanism manufactured from medical-grade plastics and metal needle components (commonly stainless steel).
  • Vial-attachment collar compatible with standard medical/cosmetic vials from 5 ml to 50 ml.
  • Sterile blister or protective packaging for each DN64 attachment (per manufacturer’s packing configuration).

Formulation

  • Non-medicated microneedling device (needle vial adapter) supplied without solution.
  • 0.25 mm needle length intended for cosmetic, epidermal stimulation and enhanced transdermal delivery of topically applied actives.
  • Free-rotation Microneedle Therapy System (MTS) head engineered to roll smoothly when attached to a vial.
  • Accessory device to be used with separate cosmetic or mesotherapy vials (not included).

Packaging

  • Pack contains 5 x DN64 vial attachments (microneedle rollers).
  • Includes an instruction manual/leaflet for correct attachment and use.
  • Supplied without cosmetic or mesotherapy vials; images may show vials for demonstration only.
  • Retail unit presented in a branded box suitable for both professional and home-user markets.

Usage

  • Ensure the skin is thoroughly cleansed and, where appropriate, disinfected before treatment according to clinic or home-care protocol.
  • Prepare the chosen vial of cosmetic or mesotherapy solution (5–50 ml) by removing its cap and stopper as directed by the vial manufacturer.
  • Attach the DN64 Micro Needle Vial Adapter firmly onto the top of the vial, ensuring a secure, leak-free fit.
  • Invert or tilt the vial as recommended so that the solution reaches the microneedle head, then gently roll the DN64 over the treatment area using light, even pressure.
  • Move the adapter in multiple directions (vertical, horizontal and diagonal) to create an even pattern of micro-channels while dispensing solution into the skin.
  • Avoid sensitive regions such as the immediate eye area and any broken, inflamed or infected skin.
  • After treatment, allow the product to absorb fully; follow with any recommended post-care such as soothing creams or sun protection.
  • Dispose of the used DN64 attachment according to the manufacturer’s guidance (typically as a single-user device) and do not share with others.
  • Do not autoclave or attempt to re-sterilise the needle head; use a fresh DN64 attachment for subsequent treatment cycles as instructed.
  • Follow any additional usage frequency recommendations provided by the product leaflet or supervising practitioner.

Contraindications

  • Do not use on active skin infections, open wounds, lesions, severe acne, eczema, psoriasis or other inflammatory skin conditions in the treatment area.
  • Not suitable for use on compromised or very thin skin, or over keloids or hypertrophic scars without professional guidance.
  • Avoid in individuals with known hypersensitivity to metal components used in microneedles (e.g. nickel allergy) or to ingredients in the chosen vial solution.
  • Not recommended for patients on anticoagulant therapy or with bleeding disorders without medical approval.
  • Do not use on sunburned skin or immediately after aggressive chemical peels, laser resurfacing or other intensive procedures.
  • Not intended for use on mucous membranes or periocular areas.
  • Do not use if the sterile packaging is damaged, the needle head appears bent or dull, or the device has been dropped or visibly compromised.

Adverse Effects

  • Transient erythema (redness), mild swelling and sensitivity at the treated area.
  • Occasional pinpoint bleeding when excessive pressure is applied or skin is very thin or sensitive.
  • Temporary dryness, tightness or flaking as the skin renews.
  • Risk of irritation, infection or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation if used on unsuitable skin types/conditions or if aseptic technique is not followed.
  • Very rare risk of allergic reaction to metals or to products applied via the DN64 system.

Storage Conditions

  • Store unopened DN64 attachments in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
  • Keep in original packaging until ready for use to maintain cleanliness and sterility as supplied.
  • Avoid crushing, bending or exposing the needle heads to impact or contamination prior to treatment.
  • Keep out of reach of children and non-authorised users.

Duration

Used per session for several minutes over the selected area; treatment may be repeated periodically (e.g. weekly or as advised by a skincare professional) depending on the cosmetic protocol and skin tolerance.

Onset

Immediate superficial stimulation and improved product penetration during treatment, with visible improvements in radiance and texture typically developing over subsequent days and repeated sessions.
