Ultra-thin wall fixed-needle syringes

Description

The FMS Fine Micro Syringe 1ml 32G 8mm is an ultra-thin wall, fixed-needle syringe designed for highly precise, low-pain injections. Supplied as a box of 100 sterile, single-use syringes, it is engineered with a 32G ultra-thin wall needle and a neat cutting edge to minimise injection force, improve flow of more viscous solutions, and reduce patient discomfort, haemorrhage, and visible injection marks. These syringes are widely used in aesthetic medicine for injecting botulinum toxin, collagen, hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, local anaesthetics, mesotherapy solutions, PRP, hyaluronidase, insulin and other injectable solutions in both medical and aesthetic settings.

Bnefits

  • 32G ultra-thin wall needle requires less extrusion force, enabling smoother, more controlled injections.
  • Very fine needle gauge designed to reduce injection pain and minimise tissue trauma.
  • Neat cutting edge and micro-polished surface help reduce haemorrhage and visible injection marks.
  • 1 ml capacity with clear barrel for accurate dosing and visibility of solution and any air bubbles.
  • Fixed needle design (syringe with attached needle) optimises dead space and dosing precision.
  • Suitable for a broad range of injectable solutions used in aesthetics and medical practice, including botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid, collagen, mesotherapy cocktails, PRP, local anaesthetics and insulin.
  • Supplied in boxes of 100 sterile, single-use syringes for efficient clinic workflow.
  • Latex-free medical-grade construction (per supplier descriptions), compatible with standard aseptic technique.

Indications

  • Injection of botulinum toxin for aesthetic or therapeutic procedures.
  • Injection of hyaluronic acid and other dermal fillers (where appropriate and viscosity allows).
  • Mesotherapy and skinbooster treatments requiring fine, superficial injections.
  • Injection of local anaesthetics for minor aesthetic or dermatologic procedures.
  • PRP (platelet-rich plasma) injection protocols.
  • Subcutaneous or intradermal injection of insulin and other low-volume solutions, as directed by medical professionals.
  • Any clinical or aesthetic procedure requiring highly precise, low-pain, small-volume injections with a 1 ml/32G/8mm syringe.

Composition

  • Medical-grade plastic barrel and plunger (typically polypropylene/polyethylene, latex-free).
  • Stainless steel 32G x 8mm ultra-thin wall needle with micro-polished, bevelled cutting edge.
  • Silicone or similar medical-grade lubricant on needle (for smoother penetration) – depending on batch/manufacturer specification.
  • Latex-free elastomer plunger tip (rubber or synthetic equivalent).

Formulation

  • Sterile, single-use, fixed-needle syringe.
  • 1 ml (1.0 cc) clear barrel with graduated scale for accurate measurement.
  • 32G ultra-thin wall stainless steel needle, 8 mm length.
  • Luer-integrated, non-detachable needle (low dead space design).

Packaging

  • Box of 100 individually sterile-packed syringes.
  • Typically blister or peel-pack sterile pouches inside an outer cardboard carton.
  • Product and size (1 ml, 32G, 8 mm) clearly marked on primary and secondary packaging.
  • Intended for professional use in clinical/aesthetic environments.

Usage

  • For professional use only; ensure appropriate training in injection techniques and local regulations.
  • Check packaging integrity and expiry date before use; do not use if sterile pack is damaged or expired.
  • Open the sterile package immediately prior to use using aseptic technique.
  • Draw up the required medication or solution into the 1 ml syringe, expelling any air bubbles as per protocol.
  • Inject using the appropriate technique (intradermal, subcutaneous, etc.) depending on the product and indication.
  • Do not bend the needle; do not attempt to recap using two hands.
  • Dispose of the entire syringe and needle immediately after single use into an approved sharps container; never reuse.
  • Follow local guidelines for handling, injection, and disposal of sharps and biohazardous materials.

Contraindications

  • Not for reuse – strictly single-use only.
  • Do not use if the sterile barrier is damaged, the syringe is dropped on an unsterile surface, or packaging is compromised.
  • Not suitable for applications requiring larger-bore needles or different lengths (e.g., deep intramuscular injections).
  • Use only with compatible medications/solutions as recommended by product manufacturers and clinical guidelines.
  • Not to be used by untrained personnel or outside regulated medical/aesthetic settings.

Adverse Effects

  • As a delivery device, adverse events are related to injection procedure and substance injected (e.g., pain, bruising, bleeding, infection, swelling).
  • Improper technique or reuse can increase risk of infection, tissue damage or needlestick injury.
  • Incorrect site or depth of injection may cause local complications depending on the product used.

Storage Conditions

  • Store in a clean, dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
  • Keep in original packaging until use to maintain sterility.
  • Protect from moisture and contamination.
  • Keep out of reach of children and unauthorised persons.

Duration

Device is single-use per injection. Overall treatment duration depends entirely on the medication/solution used and the clinical protocol, not the syringe itself.

Onset

Not applicable to the device itself; onset of effect is determined by the injected product (e.g., botulinum toxin, fillers, anaesthetics, insulin, etc.).
