Disposable fine micro syringe with fixed ultra-thin wall needle

Description

FMS Micro Syringe 32G Fine, 8mm, 0.3ml is a sterile, single-use fine micro syringe with a fixed 32-gauge ultra-thin wall needle and 0.3ml barrel. Designed for precise, low-volume injections, it features an ultra-thin wall stainless steel needle with a neat cutting edge and micro-polished surface to minimise tissue trauma. The 8mm needle length and 0.3ml insulin-style barrel support accurate dosing and controlled delivery of botulinum toxin, collagen, hyaluronic acid, local anaesthetics, mesotherapy solutions, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), hyaluronidase, insulin and other compatible injectable solutions. Each syringe is individually wrapped for maximum sterility and supplied in boxes of 100.

Bnefits

  • 32G ultra-thin wall needle requires less extrusion force for a smoother, more controlled injection
  • Neat, precision-engineered cutting edge and micro-polished needle surface designed to minimise friction
  • Causes minimal trauma with less pain, less haemorrhage and fewer visible injection marks than standard needles
  • Short 8mm needle length and 0.3ml barrel allow highly accurate low-volume dosing
  • Ultra-thin wall construction maintains reliable flow rates even with viscous solutions
  • Individually wrapped sterile syringes to maximise sterility and reduce infection risk
  • Suitable for a broad range of medical and aesthetic injectable treatments
  • CE-marked device manufactured to consistent quality standards in South Korea

Indications

  • Subcutaneous injection of insulin using a 0.3ml fixed-needle insulin-style syringe
  • Injection of botulinum toxin (anti-wrinkle treatments) in aesthetic practice where 32G x 8mm is clinically appropriate
  • Injection of collagen and hyaluronic acid-based fillers or skin boosters in superficial or subcutaneous tissue planes
  • Administration of local anaesthetics for minor dermatological or aesthetic procedures
  • Mesotherapy treatments, including injection of mesotherapy cocktails and platelet-rich plasma (PRP)
  • Injection of hyaluronidase and other compatible aqueous solutions suitable for subcutaneous or intradermal injection

Composition

  • Stainless steel 32G ultra-thin wall needle, 8mm (5/16") length, fixed to the syringe
  • Transparent 0.3ml syringe barrel with fine graduations for accurate low-volume dosing
  • Plunger with rubber piston to provide smooth movement and leak-free injection
  • Needle hub and syringe components made from medical-grade polymer materials
  • Sterile primary packaging for each syringe-and-needle unit

Formulation

  • Syringe capacity: 0.3ml
  • Needle gauge: 32G (ultra-thin wall)
  • Needle length: 8mm (approximately 5/16 inch)
  • Needle type: fixed, ultra-thin wall, micro-polished, multi-faceted cutting edge
  • Configuration: sterile, single-use micro syringe with integrated needle
  • Pack size: box of 100 individually wrapped syringes

Packaging

  • Each FMS Micro Syringe is individually wrapped to ensure maximum sterility until point of use
  • Primary sterile pack (blister or peel-pack) containing one 0.3ml syringe with fixed 32G x 8mm needle
  • Outer carton containing 100 sterile single-use syringes (Box 100), labelled with product name, volume, needle gauge and length, lot number and expiry date

Usage

  • Use only by appropriately trained healthcare professionals familiar with injection techniques and relevant clinical guidelines.
  • Before use, inspect the individual sterile pack; do not use if packaging is damaged, opened or past the expiry date.
  • Prepare the injectable solution (e.g. botulinum toxin dilution, mesotherapy cocktail, PRP, insulin, hyaluronidase or local anaesthetic) according to the product’s instructions for use and local protocols.
  • Open the sterile pack and withdraw the syringe. Draw up the required volume of solution into the 0.3ml barrel, using the graduations to ensure accurate dosing and removing any large air bubbles.
  • Clean the injection site with an appropriate antiseptic swab and allow the skin to dry.
  • Insert the 32G x 8mm needle into the appropriate tissue plane (typically subcutaneous or intradermal) at the recommended angle and depth for the product and indication.
  • Inject slowly and steadily; the ultra-thin wall design reduces extrusion force and allows controlled delivery with minimal patient discomfort.
  • Withdraw the needle carefully and, if needed, apply gentle pressure or a sterile swab to the injection site.
  • Immediately discard the used syringe in an approved sharps container. Do not recap the needle, do not reuse and do not attempt to re-sterilise the device.

Contraindications

  • Do not use if the sterile packaging is damaged, opened or beyond the labelled expiry date.
  • Do not reuse or re-sterilise; this is a single-use disposable syringe and needle.
  • Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity to any component of the syringe or needle if such sensitivity is suspected.
  • Do not inject through areas of active infection, inflammation or compromised skin integrity, in line with standard injection practice.
  • Not intended for intravascular injection; avoid injecting directly into blood vessels.
  • Use only with solutions and indications that are appropriate for subcutaneous or intradermal injection using a 32G, 8mm fixed needle.

Adverse Effects

  • Local pain, stinging or discomfort at the injection site.
  • Minor bleeding, bruising or haematoma formation.
  • Transient erythema, swelling or tenderness at the injection site.
  • Infection at the injection site if aseptic technique and proper skin preparation are not followed.
  • Needle-stick injury to the user or others if sharps are not handled and disposed of correctly.
  • Incorrect injection technique, depth or site selection may increase the risk of local tissue damage or, when combined with certain injectable products, vascular or nerve injury.

Storage Conditions

  • Store at room temperature in a clean, dry environment.
  • Keep syringes in their original outer carton and individual sterile packs until use to maintain sterility and protect from contamination.
  • Protect from excessive heat, moisture and direct sunlight.
  • Do not use after the expiry date printed on the packaging.

Duration

Single-use device intended for one injection session only; it must not be reused or left indwelling.

Onset

Not applicable to the device itself. The syringe provides immediate mechanical delivery of injectable products; onset and duration of clinical effect depend on the medication or solution administered.
