Non-Invasive Body Contouring & Skin Tightening Platform

Description

Pre-owned Lipofirm Pro medical aesthetic platform utilising TriLipo Radiofrequency (RF) and Dynamic Muscle Activation (DMA) technologies for non-invasive body and facial contouring, fat reduction, cellulite improvement and skin tightening. The clinic is selling this used device because they now focus primarily on hair removal treatments. The machine is fully functional; there is a small chip in the paintwork of a handpiece holster that does not affect usability or performance.

Bnefits

  • Non-invasive alternative to surgical body contouring procedures.
  • Combines TriLipo RF and DMA technologies in one platform for simultaneous fat reduction, skin tightening and muscle stimulation.
  • Indicated for body contouring, cellulite reduction, circumferential inch loss and lifting/tightening of face and body areas.
  • Clinically tested and medically certified platform suitable for a wide range of skin types.
  • Treatments typically take around 30 minutes per area with no downtime, allowing walk-in, walk-out procedures.
  • Provides immediate visible tightening with continued collagen remodelling and contour improvement over several weeks.
  • Pre-owned device offers lower capital outlay compared with a new system while retaining core functionality.

Indications

  • Non-invasive body contouring and circumferential reduction.
  • Localised fat and circumference reduction on areas such as abdomen, flanks, thighs, buttocks, back and arms.
  • Improvement in the appearance of cellulite.
  • Skin tightening and firming on the face and body.
  • Facial contouring and lifting (e.g. jawline, cheeks, neck).
  • Improvement in skin texture and reduction of the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
  • Adjunct treatment for clients with stubborn areas of fat resistant to diet and exercise.

Composition

  • TriLipo Radiofrequency (RF) energy generator for controlled heating of dermal and subcutaneous tissues.
  • Dynamic Muscle Activation (DMA) technology delivering electrical stimulation to underlying muscles to enhance lymphatic drainage and muscle toning.
  • Console unit with integrated control interface and treatment parameters for face and body.
  • Multiple handpieces/applicators (typically small, medium and large) for facial and body areas.
  • Trolley-mounted platform design with handpiece holsters; this used unit has a small cosmetic chip in the paintwork of one holster.
  • Foot pedal and power supply compatible with standard clinic electrical installations (e.g. 230V AC in UK/EU).

Formulation

  • Non-invasive RF and DMA-based energy device (no injectable or topical drug formulation).
  • TriLipo RF technology for volumetric heating, fat metabolism, collagen contraction and stimulation of new collagen production.
  • Simultaneous DMA technology for muscle activation and enhanced lymphatic drainage to evacuate liquefied fat.
  • Bi-phasic operation with controlled current, frequency and pulse duration to optimise comfort and efficacy.
  • Designed as a medical aesthetic platform for clinic-based treatments rather than home use.

Packaging

  • Pre-owned trolley-mounted Lipofirm Pro console.
  • Set of RF/DMA handpieces (typically three sizes: small, medium, large) with holsters; minor chip present in the paintwork of one holster only.
  • Foot pedal and mains power cable.
  • May include original user manual and documentation if retained by the clinic.
  • Sold as a used device; external packaging and accessories may differ from a new factory-supplied unit.

Usage

  • For professional use only by appropriately trained and qualified practitioners in a clinical or salon environment.
  • Before treatment, perform a full consultation and medical history to rule out contraindications such as pregnancy, pacemakers, metal implants in the treatment area and certain medical conditions.
  • Apply appropriate conductive gel to the treatment area according to the manufacturer’s protocol.
  • Select treatment parameters on the console (RF power, DMA intensity, treatment time) appropriate to the indication, body area and client tolerance.
  • Move the handpiece continuously over the treatment zone in overlapping passes, maintaining good contact and even heating while monitoring client comfort.
  • Typical treatment time is around 30 minutes per area; a course of approximately 6–8 sessions is commonly used for optimal body results, with intervals and total number adjusted to individual response.
  • Advise the client to drink plenty of water and avoid heavy food and alcohol shortly before and after treatment to support lymphatic drainage and metabolic clearance of released fat.
  • Monitor the skin throughout the procedure for excessive redness, discomfort or unusual reactions; stop treatment if adverse effects occur.
  • After treatment, provide aftercare instructions such as avoiding heat treatments (sauna, hot baths) and intense exercise for a short period if recommended in the clinic’s protocol.
  • As this is a used device, ensure that all safety checks, electrical testing (PAT), routine maintenance and calibration are up to date before clinical use.

Contraindications

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
  • Presence of a pacemaker, internal defibrillator, implanted neurostimulator or other active implanted electronic device.
  • Significant metal implants or foreign bodies in the intended treatment area.
  • Under 18 years of age (unless local regulations and manufacturer guidance allow and with appropriate consent).
  • Current or history of certain cancers, especially skin cancer, without specialist clearance.
  • Severe or uncontrolled systemic disease (e.g. significant cardiac disease) without medical clearance.
  • Impaired immune system (e.g. HIV/AIDS) or use of strong immunosuppressive medication, unless assessed by a physician.
  • Active skin infection, open wounds, severe inflammation or dermatological conditions in the treatment area.
  • Use directly over areas of sensory impairment where heat perception is diminished.
  • Any other contraindications listed in the official Lipofirm Pro manual or local clinical guidelines.

Adverse Effects

  • Most clients experience minimal side effects and can resume normal activities immediately.
  • Common transient effects include warmth in the treated area, mild redness and local swelling for up to 24–48 hours.
  • Some clients may feel temporary muscle aching or a tingling sensation due to DMA muscle contractions.
  • Occasional bruising or temporary firmness in the treated tissue.
  • Rarely, more intense or persistent redness, swelling, crusting, blistering or superficial burns can occur if parameters or technique are inappropriate or skin is overly sensitive.
  • Very rare risk of altered sensation or discomfort lasting beyond 48 hours, requiring clinical review.

Storage Conditions

  • Keep the device in a clean, dry treatment room with adequate ventilation.
  • Operate and store within the ambient temperature and humidity ranges specified in the manufacturer’s user manual.
  • Ensure the unit is placed on a stable, level surface or trolley and that handpieces are stored securely in their holsters (notwithstanding the minor cosmetic chip reported on one holster).
  • Disconnect from mains power when not in use for prolonged periods and during cleaning or maintenance.
  • Clean and disinfect handpieces and contact surfaces between clients according to manufacturer and infection-control guidelines.
  • Protect from impact, liquid ingress and excessive dust to preserve electronics and casing.

Duration

Individual treatment sessions are typically around 30 minutes per area, with a course of approximately 6\u20138 sessions recommended for body contouring results; skin tightening effects may continue to develop for up to about 12 weeks after a treatment course and can last many months when supported by lifestyle maintenance.

Onset

Some visible tightening and contour changes may be noticeable immediately after the first session, with more pronounced results becoming evident after 48 hours and continuing to improve over several weeks as collagen remodelling and fat clearance occur.
