Hypodermic / Aesthetic Injection Needles
Description
TSK THE INViSIBLE NEEDLE 34G x 9mm is an ultra-thin, low dead space (LDS) hypodermic needle designed for highly precise aesthetic and medical injections, especially botulinum toxin (BoNT) and dermal fillers. With a diameter of 0.2 mm and length of 9 mm (3/8\), it is approximately 33% thinner than a standard 30G needle and 14% thinner than the TSK 33G needle, offering a near-painless injection experience with minimal bleeding and bruising. The patented LDS hub minimises product loss and improves cost-efficiency when injecting high-value drugs.
Bnefits
- Thinnest toxin needle on the market in its class (34G, 0.2 mm diameter)
- Approximately 33% thinner than a standard 30G needle and 14% thinner than the TSK 33G needle
- Near-painless injections with minimal bleeding for improved patient comfort
- Low Dead Space (LDS) hub design reduces residual volume and product loss (saves up to ~0.08 ml BoNT per needle)
- Helps achieve significant cost savings when injecting high-cost drugs such as botulinum toxin
- 50% better glide and penetration compared with conventional needles (less insertion force)
- Reduced risk of bruising and tissue trauma
- External hub threading reduces pop-off risk and prevents leakage at the luer connection
- Hard polymer hub prevents flexing under pressure and improves stability
- High-precision Japanese manufacturing for consistent quality and sharpness
- Sterile, single-use needle for safe clinical practice
Indications
- Injection of botulinum toxin (BoNT) for aesthetic and therapeutic indications
- Highly precise intradermal or subcutaneous injections in facial aesthetics (fine lines, localised treatments)
- Dermal filler micro-injections where an ultra-fine sharp needle is indicated
- Mesotherapy or toxin-based skin treatments that benefit from a very fine needle
- Selected ophthalmology injections where a 34G, 9 mm sharp needle is clinically appropriate (per manufacturer labelling)
- Other medical and cosmetic injection procedures suitable for a 34G x 9 mm sharp hypodermic needle, performed by trained professionals
Composition
- Needle: 34G stainless steel hypodermic needle, 0.2 mm x 9 mm (3/8")
- Hub: Low Dead Space (LDS) hard polymer hub with external threading for secure luer lock connection
- Kind: Sharp hypodermic toxin needle (nanoneedle) for BoNT and ophthalmology / aesthetic use
Formulation
- Sterile, non-pyrogenic, single-use hypodermic needle with Low Dead Space hub
- Sharp toxin needle (34G nanoneedle) with external threaded hard polymer hub
Packaging
- Box of 100 needles
- Each needle supplied in individual sterile packaging (blister/pouch) labelled as TSK THE INViSIBLE NEEDLE 34G x 9mm (LDS-02009-100)
Usage
- For professional medical use only in a clinical setting by appropriately trained physicians (e.g., dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, ophthalmologists) or licensed healthcare professionals.
- Check the integrity of the outer box and individual sterile packs; do not use if packaging is damaged, opened, or expired.
- Attach the needle securely to a compatible luer-lock or luer-slip syringe, ensuring proper engagement with the external threading of the LDS hub.
- Prime the needle as required and follow the specific product protocol for the drug being injected (e.g., botulinum toxin reconstitution, dosage and injection depth).
- Insert the needle into the target tissue (typically intradermal or subcutaneous for toxin) using an appropriate angle and technique according to clinical guidelines.
- Inject slowly and steadily, monitoring patient comfort and tissue response; use multiple small injections as indicated rather than large boluses.
- After completing injections, withdraw the needle carefully and apply gentle pressure or cooling as needed to minimise bruising.
- Dispose of the used needle immediately in an approved sharps container; do not recap and do not reuse this single-use device.
Contraindications
- Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity or allergy to stainless steel or any component of the needle if such reactions have been documented.
- Do not use at injection sites with active infection, inflammation, dermatitis, or open wounds.
- Not suitable for use by untrained or non-qualified personnel.
- Do not use if sterile packaging is damaged, opened or past the stated expiry date.
- Use only for hypodermic injection; not intended for use in central vascular access or procedures outside the approved indications.
Adverse Effects
- Local pain or discomfort at the injection site related to needle puncture.
- Minor bleeding or spotting at injection points.
- Bruising, swelling or small haematoma formation, though risk is reduced compared with larger-gauge needles.
- Very rare local infection if aseptic technique is not followed.
- Potential tissue irritation or trauma if injection technique is incorrect or if the needle is forced against resistance.
Storage Conditions
- Store in a clean, dry environment at room temperature.
- Protect from moisture, excessive heat and direct sunlight.
- Keep in original packaging until use to maintain sterility.
- Keep out of reach of children.
Duration
Not directly applicable to the device; the needle is used for single-session injections and then discarded. Duration of clinical effect depends on the injectable product (e.g., botulinum toxin or filler) and treatment protocol.
Onset
Not applicable to the needle itself; onset and duration of effect are determined by the drug injected (e.g., botulinum toxin, dermal filler) and anatomical site.
