The Plinth Medical Premium Harris Clinic Chair Standard (model 1032) is a high quality clinical operator chair with a standard height range of 48 to 64 cm. It has a contoured seat and backrest, spring loaded angular backrest adjustment with seven height positions, and seat tilt adjustment. The chair is mounted on a five point wheeled base and is upholstered in Atlantic Blue healthcare grade vinyl. Optional accessories include a foot height control for hands free height operation, anti static castors, a multi positional arm support and a foot support ring.

Usage
- Place the chair on a level, stable floor surface in the clinic or treatment room.
- Adjust the seat height within the 48 to 64 cm range using the gas lift so that the clinician sits with hips and knees comfortably aligned relative to the patient and work surface.
- Use the backrest adjustment to set the desired height position and angle that supports the lower and mid back.
- Adjust the seat tilt to achieve a comfortable working posture and reduce forward bending.
- If fitted, operate the optional foot height control to raise or lower the seat hands free during procedures.
- If an arm support is fitted, position and lock it to support the forearm and hand during fine procedures or injections.
- Check that the castors roll freely and that the chair feels stable before and during use.
- Clean and disinfect the vinyl upholstery and hard surfaces between patients using compatible cleaning agents in line with local infection control policy.
- Regularly inspect the gas column, mechanisms, upholstery and castors for signs of wear or damage and remove the chair from use if any safety concerns are identified.
Contraindications
- Do not use the chair if any part of the frame, gas lift, base, castors or adjustment mechanisms is damaged or unstable.
- Not suitable for use on uneven or highly sloped floors where stability may be compromised.

- Do not use in environments where wheeled bases are not permitted or could present a safety risk.
