Disposable insulin micro syringe with fixed ultra-thin wall needle

Description

FMS Insulin Micro Needle & Syringe 32G 0.5ml is a sterile, single-use fixed-needle insulin syringe with an ultra-thin wall 32-gauge needle and 0.5ml barrel. The 8mm needle length and micro-polished, multi-faceted tip are engineered to minimise pain and tissue trauma while ensuring reliable, accurate subcutaneous delivery of insulin and other suitable injectable solutions. The ultra-thin wall design reduces extrusion force, providing smoother, more controlled injections. Each syringe is individually packaged to maintain sterility, and boxes typically contain 100 syringes, making them suitable for both diabetes care and high-precision aesthetic applications.

Bnefits

  • 32G ultra-thin wall needle reduces extrusion force for smoother, more controlled injections
  • Micro-polished, multi-faceted needle tip designed to minimise pain and tissue trauma
  • 8mm needle length optimised for subcutaneous insulin delivery and fine aesthetic work
  • Clear 0.5ml barrel with graduations supports accurate dosing of insulin and other solutions
  • Individually wrapped sterile syringes reduce risk of contamination and infection
  • Fixed needle design with low dead space helps minimise medication wastage
  • Suitable for insulin administration and a wide range of aesthetic injectable procedures
  • CE-marked device supplied by reputable medical and aesthetics distributors

Indications

  • Subcutaneous administration of insulin using a 0.5ml fixed-needle syringe format
  • Injection of botulinum toxin preparations in aesthetic practice where a 32G x 8mm needle and 0.5ml syringe are appropriate
  • Injection of collagen and hyaluronic acid-based fillers or skin boosters when a fine 32G needle is suitable for the treatment area
  • Administration of local anaesthetics for minor procedures at appropriate depths
  • Mesotherapy procedures including injection of mesotherapy cocktails and PRP (platelet-rich plasma)
  • Injection of hyaluronidase and other compatible aqueous solutions suitable for subcutaneous or intradermal injection

Composition

  • Stainless steel 32G ultra-thin wall needle, 8mm (approximately 0.3") length
  • Fixed needle attached to a 0.5ml plastic syringe barrel (insulin-style graduations)
  • Transparent syringe barrel for visual inspection of drawn-up solution
  • Plunger with rubber piston to ensure smooth movement and leak-free injection
  • Sterile primary packaging for each individual syringe and needle unit

Formulation

  • Syringe volume: 0.5ml
  • Needle gauge: 32G ultra-thin wall
  • Needle length: 8mm
  • Needle type: fixed, micro-polished, multi-faceted bevel
  • Configuration: sterile, single-use insulin micro syringe with fixed needle
  • Typical pack size: box of 100 individually wrapped syringes; some distributors offer sub-packs (e.g. 10, 20, 50, 100) but the core product is a 0.5ml 32G x 8mm syringe

Packaging

  • Each syringe supplied individually wrapped in sterile packaging until point of use
  • Outer carton typically contains 100 sterile, single-use syringes (box of 100)
  • Packaging is labelled with product identification, needle gauge and length, volume, and expiry date

Usage

  • Use only with appropriate injectable solutions (e.g. insulin, botulinum toxin dilutions, mesotherapy solutions) and in accordance with relevant prescribing information and clinical guidelines.
  • Check the integrity of the individual sterile pack before use; do not use if packaging is damaged, opened or past the expiry date.
  • Prepare the medication according to its instructions for use (for example, drawing up insulin from a vial or using a transfer technique from another container).
  • Remove the syringe from its sterile pack and draw up the required volume of solution, ensuring accurate measurement using the 0.5ml graduations and minimising air bubbles.
  • Clean the injection site with an appropriate antiseptic swab and allow to dry.
  • Insert the 32G x 8mm needle into the recommended tissue plane (typically subcutaneous for insulin) at the advised angle and depth.
  • Inject the solution slowly and steadily, using the ultra-thin wall needle to reduce extrusion force and patient discomfort.
  • Withdraw the needle and, if necessary, apply gentle pressure or a sterile swab to the injection site.
  • Dispose of the used syringe immediately in an appropriate sharps container. Do not recap the needle, do not reuse and do not attempt to re-sterilise.

Contraindications

  • Do not use if the sterile packaging is damaged, opened or past its expiry date.
  • Do not reuse or re-sterilise; this is a single-use disposable device.
  • Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity to any component of the syringe or needle if such sensitivity is suspected.
  • Do not inject into areas of active infection, inflammation or compromised skin integrity, in accordance with standard injection practice.
  • Not intended for intravascular use; avoid injecting directly into blood vessels.
  • Use only for solutions and indications appropriate for subcutaneous or intradermal injection with a 32G, 8mm fixed needle.

Adverse Effects

  • Local pain or discomfort at the injection site.
  • Minor bleeding, bruising or haematoma formation at the injection site.
  • Transient erythema, swelling or tenderness following injection.
  • Infection at the injection site if aseptic technique is not observed.
  • Needle-stick injuries to users or others if sharps are not handled and disposed of correctly.
  • Incorrect injection technique, depth or site selection may increase the risk of local tissue damage or, when combined with certain injectable products, vascular or nerve injury.

Storage Conditions

  • Store at room temperature in a clean, dry environment.
  • Keep syringes in their original outer carton and individual sterile packs until use to maintain sterility.
  • Protect from excessive heat, moisture and direct sunlight.
  • Do not use after the expiry date printed on the packaging.

Duration

Single-use device intended for one injection only; not designed for reuse or prolonged indwelling use.

Onset

Not applicable to the device itself. The syringe provides immediate mechanical delivery of injectable products; onset and duration of clinical effect depend on the medication administered (for example, rapid-acting or long-acting insulin).
