Post-peel neutralizer solution
Description
This foaming neutralizer is a sodium-bicarbonate based solution designed to rapidly neutralize the unbuffered acids used in NEOSTRATA ProSystem professional chemical peels. When sprayed or applied to the treated skin area after a peel, it foams to signal that the acid has been neutralized, helping ensure a safer, more predictable skin response and reducing the risk of over-exposure or irritation. The product is intended for professional / clinic-use only as part of a regulated peel procedure.
Bnefits
Rapid neutralization of chemical peel acids, preventing over-exposure and reducing risk of skin irritation or chemical burns.
Provides clear visual cue (foaming) to help practitioners know when neutralization is complete, enhancing treatment control and safety.
Helps restore skin’s pH balance post-peel, preparing skin for subsequent soothing or restorative treatments.
Suitable for various peel strengths (used with the ProSystem peel line), enabling consistent outcomes across different skin types and peel depths.
Easy to apply — typically sprayed or gently applied over the peel-treated area, suitable for face and neck.
Indications
Neutralization step after application of NEOSTRATA ProSystem professional chemical peels (AHA, mandelic/citric acid, retinol peels, etc.).
Use in post-peel protocol in medical/dermal cosmetic clinics to ensure safe acid inactivation and minimize skin injury risk.
