Usage

Place the chair on a level surface and ensure all castors are in contact with the floor.
Adjust seat height using the gas lift lever so that hips are slightly above knee level and feet are flat on the floor or on a suitable foot support.
Use the seat tilt control to achieve a comfortable, slightly forward-tilted posture if desired.
Adjust the backrest height and angle so that it supports the lumbar region without restricting movement.
Periodically check that all adjustment mechanisms operate smoothly and that the chair remains stable during use.
