Usage

Place the chair on a level, stable surface suitable for castor-based seating.
Adjust seat height using the gas-lift control so that feet are flat on the floor and knees are approximately at a right angle.
Use the seat slide control to set seat depth so that there is a small gap between the front of the seat and the back of the knees.
Inflate or deflate the lumbar support to provide comfortable support in the lower back region.
