Usage

Place the stool on a flat, stable indoor floor surface before use.
Adjust the seat height within the 58–78 cm range using the height-adjustment mechanism so that hips are slightly above knee level and the user can work comfortably at the bench or treatment surface.
Sit centrally on the saddle seat with thighs angled slightly downwards and back upright to benefit from the ergonomic posture support.
