Description
The Coast PX20 is a compact, dual-colour LED torch that combines five super-bright white LEDs with one red LED, providing a bright white beam for general illumination (rated around 315 lumens) and a red beam designed to help preserve night vision for tasks such as map reading, cockpit use or other low-light activities. The light uses COAST’s Bull’s-Eye Spot Beam / Max Beam Optic system to deliver a focused central spot with useful peripheral light, and it runs on three AAA alkaline batteries housed in a removable cartridge. The body is made from lightweight aluminium and is designed to be impact-resistant and weather-resistant, with water resistance specified to approximately IPX4 in retailer technical specifications. Separate side-mounted switches allow independent control of the white and red LEDs without cycling through modes. The PX20 is supplied with batteries (pre-installed in retail packaging) and, on some channels, a sheath, and is backed by COAST’s long-standing limited lifetime warranty and a 5-year warranty statement on the Medisave listing, with performance tested and rated to ANSI/FL1 standards.
